Disappointed, me and my daughters went, I had a minor ingrown, instead pulling it out she pushed it in, ripped my skin and I have a horrible infection now (so painful I can’t even put socks on), also while there, my daughters tech stomped on a scorpion, picked it up brought to show the front employee, threw away in trash can and never changed gloves or washed her hands. What was supposed to be self care ended up a very negative experience.

I’ve been coming here for years for pedicures, and yesterday I had an even better experience than usual with my tech, Lynn. It was the BEST pedi ever. She was thorough, took her time, and my feet and toes look amazing. Highly recommend her!

Ryan did an amazing job on my nails. The attention to detail, precision, and care really showed in the final result. The shape, color, and finish were perfect, and the whole experience felt smooth and professional from start to finish. Ryan is patient, skilled, and genuinely focused on making sure clients leave happy. I’m extremely impressed and will definitely be coming back. Five stars all the way for Ryan!

This was my first time here and it was amazing. Henry blew my expectations out of the water. He paid attention to even the smallest details. I met Kelly the owner and she is the sweetest, she would come talk to me and check on the other customers! Everyone at the salon was welcoming, kind and the salon was clean . This will be my new favorite place ♡

Poor planning on my part- I tried to walk into another salon at 6:10 (they closed at 7:00) and they were NOT happy.

So we called Kelly’s. It was 5 minutes away from the first salon, but by the time we’d driven there it was 6:30 (they close at 7:00) 🫣

I can not tell you how *wonderful* everyone was- SO professional and so pleased to help us. Their work was beautiful, they took their time, and even though I’m sure they wanted to go home, they had the very best attitude- such sweet smiling ladies, who wanted to help.

I just moved here from a different state and needed a new nail spot as I haven’t gotten a mani or pedi in a little over 2 months, so this is the first place I booked.

The overall service was average. I was upsold to Gel X for my new/full set and I didn’t ask for any designs or a special nail shape, just one color. I also wanted a Spa Pedicure (what was advertised online is what drew me to book an appointment here in the first place) the same color but accepted the suggestion of a neutral color with sparkles. Simply put, I should have stayed with my nail color for my toes. The total cost was $179 (it was not an experience worth that), and I tipped 20% on top of that because it’s just in my nature to tip 20% minimum where ever I go.

As previously stated, what drew me in was their advertised pedicures. I’m a stay at home mom and was REALLY looking forward to this and it sadly under-delivered.

While I was asked prior to my pedicure if I wanted water or a Diet Coke, the more pricey pedicures advertise a warm towel neck wrap which I was never offered and it also advertises wine, tea, mimosas and other unique beverages in the menu which I was never told about or offered by my nail technician for the remainder of my stay.

I opted for the “SPOIL ME ROTTEN PEDICURE” ($99) which advertises:

“Treat yourself will a well-deserved pampered pedicure. This is a perfect recipe for a tiring day. Includes: organic sense sea salt bath for your feet, callus smoothening, organic sugar glow exfoliation, organic masque wrap in a warm towel, warm paraffin dip, and hand exfoliation with our special house blended scrub. A shoulders and arms massage for 10 minutes followed by a 20-minute legs massage which ends with hot towels. Finish with a polish of your choice or buff shine.”

While I did receive a shoulder and arm massage, it was only 5 minutes and I never received the advertised “hand exfoliation”. On top of that, what was supposed to be a 20-minute leg massage was only 10 minutes. I checked my phone to track the time. Like other nail places I’ve been to which usually show you a timer, they did not at this salon. I was very disappointed as I was looking forward to this the most and I feel as though my feet aren’t as smooth as they should be (more dead skin could have been removed). It’s not like my toes needed a lot of maintenance either as my nails are short and they were practically bare, so time should not have been an issue.

Technicians should strive for returning customers, not making one large sale just the once and not delivering advertised services. While I could have and should have spoken up about this during my pedicure or upon checkout, I shouldn’t have to in the first place. My experience shows a lot about how they conduct business. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I recently visited Kelly Nails and Spa and it was nothing short of perfection. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a calming ambiance. The salon was impeccably clean and the decor modern and chic. They were super busy and I was a walk-in with no appointment and they were still able to get me in and done within an hour and a half.

My nail tech was incredibly skilled and attentive, taking the time to ensure every detail was perfect. They listened to exactly what I wanted to make my nails look even better than I imagined. My nails turned out stunning!

The whole experience was incredible and I will definitely be returning in the future. If you’re looking for a nail salon that offers exceptional service and talented technicians this is the place to go!

Kevin is amazing. I’ve been trying to find a good nail salon and I finally found it they are amazing. This place is absolutely my favorite. I’m doing my nails for my wedding on November and I’m bringing 25 people for them because how amazing they are cannot wait to come back. ❤️🤍

Henry is by far the best nail tech in AZ! I have been going to him for over a year and a few times I've had to go to other people at different salons and they have solidified why I stick with Henry. He takes his time to ensure you walk away with the best nails you've ever seen. They last forever and not ONCE have they ever lifted. His shaping technique is perfection and that's one of the hardest qualities to find in a nail tech is someone who can make any shape look natural. My nails are never too thick and the designs are always flawless. I was never into nail art before Henry but now I dare to be different knowing I'll always walk away with exactly what I wanted! The environment is welcoming, clean, spacious and friendly. You will not be disappointed at Kelly's!!!

I am so happy I could cry! Kevin was able to help my younger teenage daughter feel so beautiful and was so patient and sweet. He helped with everything she wanted without being irritated or judgemental. I was so nervous walking in about them denying her help with getting dip with gel extensions on her tiny nails. My daughter has had trouble with her self-esteem and nail growth her whole life so far. She was bullied at school because her nails didn't look like her friend's nails etc. Kellys' nails made a difference in her life and we are so happy and grateful. Thank you Kevin and staff!

My daughter and I have been going to Kelly’s since she was three & she just turned 26 so it has been forever !!!! We have celebrated many family celebrations there with our entire family. We have gone as a big group for weddings , birthdays even my grandmas 95th bday which was her first time ever having a pedicure and she wanted to take the guy home lol! We even went prior to my mother n laws funeral in her honor we all got lady bugs on our toes. My mother n law was a client there forever as well & use to bring her daughter, daughter n laws and granddaughters there all the time! Kelly and her husband even came to her funeral which was so sweet ! Everyone there is great slough I do have my favorites Kevin and Tina are amazing !!! 🥰

I’ve been coming to Kelly Nails for over 10 years! They have always been amazing! Daisy is my go to girl and I and my daughters absolutely love her! This place is very sanitary, tub liners are used along with gloves. They follow the COVID mask mandate. Everyone is always helpful and friendly, I definitely recommend!

I’ve been going to Kelly’s nail for over a year and always love how my nails turn out. I like that I can also always get an appointment or just walk in. They’ve done some really complicated nails for me (milk bath 😍) and also glazed donut nails are my go to (funny bunny white with chrome).
Kelly is fantastic and her nails techs are always knowledgeable and my nails last forever. I’ve have acrylic, fills, gel polish, etc and they always do a great job.

Kevin is amazing, he is a very skilled nail tech! I have been to multiple nail salons in Gilbert and was never satisfied, but Kelly Nails salon is absolutely the best! Definitely coming back!

Have been coming to Kelly's for years! Usually I was getting gel, but i made the switch to dip, and what a difference! My nails have grown out beautifully with the dip. They last longer than they should! I have been requesting Mai for my appointments because her manicures are always super clean and stunning. I get numerous compliments with every manicure I get. I always make an appointment for first thing in the morning, because after that they become very busy. I am loyal to Kelly's because they always deliver and I have the best results! I am a long standing customer of Kelly Nails and Spa. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are very conscientious about safety. While staff wears masks and gloves, they require the customers wear masks and wash their hands upon entering. I enjoy getting designs on my nails and they do a fabulous job. They offer a wide array of services for both women and men (ask about the Male Pedicure Special). The atmosphere is relaxed. It's definitely the place to go when you need some much deserved pampering!

Being super particular with how my nails are done, I've struggled finding a nail technician who really understands detail and what works best for each individual client. After researching, I decided to go with Kevin and he absolutely slaaayed my set. He was very knowledgeable about the craft of acrylics, what works best with my nail bed, and what was wrong with what I had walked in with. Kevin was super professional and very easy to talk too…I knew I could be at ease the entirety of my appointment. I'm definitely returning to this salon and to my new nail technician!

I recently switched to Kelly Nails after my previous nail technician moved away, and I have to say I wish I would have found this place sooner! Kevin and Ivy are ✨WONDERFUL!✨ Today I saw Ivy (attached photo) and she did such an incredible job on these – natural nail & acrylic. So far I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. I have definitely found my new nail salon!!

Love this place! Best customer service! The owner really cares about her customers! Took my mother-in-law in to get her pedicure, and they were so gentle and so caring and made her feel beautiful! Everyone is kind and I had a broken nail and they got me taken cared of with no charge. Definitely a customer for life!

I like how the place is very spacious with a modern feel. They stay open till 7 on weekdays which is a plus. I’ve never had a bad experience here with my pedicures. Clean place and good staff

It’s been a week since they did my manicure and it still is looking great. It was my first time coming to this place and so far so good.
